Online ordering is not open yet. This is how delivery and returns will work once it opens.

Delivery

We deliver within London only, by courier. We do not deliver outside London or internationally. Delivery cost and times: [PLACEHOLDER: courier, delivery cost and times (TBC)]. Delivery costs include VAT.

Returns: 14-day cancellation

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Tell us at hello@fiji-shop.com [PLACEHOLDER: placeholder address] or use the model cancellation form [PLACEHOLDER: link form]. Return the goods within 14 days after telling us. Refunds

Within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return, to the original payment method, including the standard delivery cost.

Faulty or wrong items

Contact us; we cover return costs for faulty or wrong items. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
